Women in Leadership Initiatives

With the changes in workforce demography and increase number of women in the workforce it is essential for organizations to develop a strong women leadership program. Women in leadership initiative analyze the currently organizational policies, formal and informal practices in the organization and explore opportunities for women’s involvement and growth in leadership roles. We will assess all HR practices from planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, promotion and employee relation to create the right structure and climate for women leadership development. Furthermore, we will establish a mentoring program to help women leaders help future women leaders acquire the right knowledge, develop the necessary skills and build the right attitude to growth within the organization.
